BBTRZ cable
BBTRZ cable, fully known as flexible fire-resistant copper-sheathed inorganic mineral insulated cable, is a high-performance fire-resistant cable. YJV cable
YJV power cables (copper/aluminum core cross-linked polyethylene insulated polyvinyl chloride sheathed power cables) are wire products used in power transmission and distribution systems, complying with national standards such as GB12706.3-91. They cover rated voltages from 0.6/1kV to 26/35kV and are suitable for urban power grids, industrial and mining power supply, underwater power transmission, and other applications. The insulation layer is made of cross-linked polyethylene material, while the sheath is polyvinyl chloride. The long-term operating temperature does not exceed 90°C, and the short-circuit withstand temperature reaches 250°C (lasting ≤5 seconds). The main models include non-armored (YJV/YJLV), steel tape armored (YJV22/YJLV22), and fine steel wire armored (YJV32/YJLV32), suitable for indoor laying, underground burial, and high-drop areas, respectively. During installation, the ambient temperature must be ≥0°C, and the bending radius should be no less than 15 times the outer diameter for single-core or 10 times for multi-core. The structure includes the conductor, insulation layer, filler layer, shielding layer (for high-voltage models), and sheath layer, offering resistance to chemical corrosion, mechanical protection, and high insulation performance.
YJLV cable
YJLV stands for Aluminum-core XLPE Insulated PVC Sheathed Power Cable.
It is widely used in low-voltage power distribution projects such as municipal power grids, residential districts and construction sites.
Made of aluminum conductor, it costs less and weighs much lighter than copper-core YJV cable. Its cross-linked polyethylene insulation can sustain long-term working temperature up to 90℃ with good anti-corrosion performance.
Compared with copper cable of the same cross-section, its current-carrying capacity is lower, so larger size is required in selection, and special aluminum terminals are needed for connection to avoid oxidation.
Ordinary YJLV is laid on cable tray or overhead; armored type YJLV22 with steel tape can be directly buried underground.
